All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Karthi Travels cannot guarantee vehicle seats, accommodation, or services until an official confirmation is issued by our team through email or WhatsApp.
Tour itineraries, sightseeing order, travel timings, routes, and inclusions are subject to change based on weather conditions, road conditions, local regulations, operational constraints, or other factors beyond our control, without prior notice.
All passengers must carry valid government-approved photo identification such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or any other ID mandated by authorities. Failure to produce valid ID may result in denial of travel, entry restrictions, or penalties, for which Karthi Travels will not be responsible.
Cancellations and refunds shall be governed strictly by the applicable cancellation policy. Customers are advised to review the cancellation terms carefully before making a booking.
Karthi Travels shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings, valuables, documents, or luggage during the tour. Customers are advised to take full responsibility for their possessions at all times.
All customers must strictly adhere to local laws, rules, customs, environmental regulations, and instructions issued by local authorities, forest departments, police, and tour coordinators throughout the duration of the tour.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of the tour, booking, services, or website usage, jurisdiction shall be limited exclusively to the courts located in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
Karthi Travels reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove any of these terms and conditions at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Updated terms shall be applicable immediately upon publication.
By proceeding with a booking and participating in the tour, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth by Karthi Travels.
For the safety, comfort, discipline, and well-being of all passengers, consumption of alcohol, smoking, carrying alcohol, or traveling under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at all times during the group tour. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate deboarding of the concerned passenger(s) from the vehicle at the nearest safe and permissible location, in the interest of group safety and discipline. No refund shall be provided under such circumstances.
Karthi Travels shall not be responsible for delays, route changes, shortened itineraries, or missed sightseeing caused by fog, rain, landslides, roadblocks, wildlife movement, political strikes, traffic congestion, or poor road conditions.
Air-conditioning in the vehicle will be switched off on steep ghat sections, mountainous roads, narrow hill stretches, or when the vehicle is stationary, to prevent engine overheating and ensure safe vehicle operation.
Despite regular vehicle maintenance, unexpected mechanical issues, breakdowns, or air-conditioning failures may occur. While Karthi Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance or alternative arrangements, no monetary compensation or refund shall be claimed on this basis.
Drivers are instructed to maintain safe and regulated speeds at all times, especially on ghat roads, hill sections, and narrow routes. Customers must not insist on speeding or unsafe driving practices under any circumstances.
Certain sightseeing locations may have limited parking space, restricted access, or vehicle movement regulations. In such cases, vehicles may stop only at the nearest permissible point, and customers may be required to walk to or from the attraction.
Entry tickets at tourist attractions, temple darshan tickets, eco-fees, boating charges, activity charges, camera fees, and any local charges are not included in the tour cost unless explicitly mentioned in the tour inclusions.
Any damage caused by passengers to the vehicle or hotel properties, including but not limited to vehicle seats, upholstery, interior panels, windows, fittings, accessories, or hotel rooms, furniture, fixtures, and amenities, shall be assessed and must be fully compensated by the responsible customer(s).
Customers are responsible for planning their onward travel responsibly. Tours will operate strictly as per the scheduled timings communicated by Karthi Travels. We shall not be liable for missed flights, trains, buses, or other connections due to traffic delays, diversions, strict tour schedules, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Most of the hill stations are strict plastic-free zone. Carrying disposable plastic bottles, covers, or single-use items may lead to fines at the check posts. Karthi Travels kindly requests customers to support eco-friendly tourism by avoiding plastic materials and helping us preserve hill stations natural environment.
All disputes arising from tour services, bookings, payments, cancellations, or website usage shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts in Vellore District, Tamil Nadu.
Any meals, services, sightseeing, or inclusions that are not utilized by the guest during the tour will be considered forfeited. No refund, adjustment, or replacement will be provided for any unused or missed services.
