We must be informed if any tour or travel services are cancelled for any preventable or unavoidable causes. Cancellation fees will be applied starting on the day we receive advise and will be as follows:
• Free Cancellation till 3 days before the pick-up date (Travel Start Date - 3 Days) will receive a full refund, after deducting a minimal administrative charge of ₹100.00.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days before the pick-up date.
• All No Shows will be charged as per the booking.
• Free cancellation till 7 days before the pick-up date (Travel Start Date - 7 Days) will receive a full refund, after deducting a minimal administrative charge of ₹100.00.
• 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the pick-up date.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days before the pick-up date.
• All No Shows will be charged as per the booking.
If the booking is cancelled after the itinerary has been created, an additional 10% of the total tour cost will be deducted after applying the above cancellation charges to cover administrative efforts, reservation coordination, and other preparatory arrangements already made.
If you decide to cancel your trip or cut short the trip after it has begun, your reimbursement would be limited and would also depend on how much money we could get back from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not obligated to provide a refund for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.
If the cost includes Tirupati Tirumala Srivari Temple Special Entry Darshan tickets, the advance payment will be non-refundable after issuing the tickets.
Kindly note that refunds will be processed and credited in the bank account/card within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
