• For packages booked online or over the phone, we will process all your travel details and verify availability with the hotel/property owners. Your travel will be confirmed via email and WhatsApp as soon as we receive confirmation from the hotel/property owners.

• Receipt of the advance payment made online via website does neither guarantee nor imply confirmation of the booking. No booking shall be confirmed until the confirmation sent over email. Karthi Travels reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall in that event we return any advance payment received.

• Karthi Travels is under no obligation to furnish a breakdown of the costs involved in a package.

• Karthi Travels is not responsible for not transferring you on time as per the itinerary to the tourist sites/temples/monuments because of bad weather, road blocks due to strikes or issues with any political parties/organizations/associations, bad road conditions, and wildlife encounters.

• If customer wants to visit a spot/place more than one time, then the toll charges on the way to the spot/place and the parking fees in the spot/place will be charged extra.

• In the ghat roads, mountainous areas, or when the vehicle remains stationary, the air conditioning system in the vehicle will not be operated to prevent engine overload.

• On the final day of the trip, the customer must return to the designated drop-off location and release the vehicle before 11:00 PM. This allows us to prepare the vehicle for the next customer and ensures the smooth operation of our services. If the vehicle usage exceeds the allotted time limit, additional charges will apply

• In outstation trips, once the vehicle has reached the designated drop-off location, it should not be used for local trips. If the vehicle is used for local trips beyond the drop-off point, our local usage tariff will apply.

• Please note that after the booking, if there are any Hike in Taxes, fuel cost, guide charges etc… by Govt, the same would be charged as extra.

• If the pick-up is before 5:00 AM or the drop-off is after 11:00 PM, the customer must pay a fee of ₹600.00 per instance.

• If the customer is traveling to the airport, i.e., for pick-up or drop-off, the parking fee at the airport is not included in the cost. Since the airport parking is based on an hourly basis, the customer must pay the parking fee directly.

• Due to natural calamities, we cannot cancel the booking or change the plan after the pick-up is scheduled.

• Karthi Travels is not liable for any delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural calamities/disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

• If the cost includes Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanam Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple Special Entry Darshan tickets, the advance payment will be non-refundable and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam or the agency issuing the tickets reserve the right to cancel or postpone bookings without prior notice in extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, the customer is not entitled to claim damages or compensation. However, the payment will be refunded after deducting any applicable travel charges.

• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blocks etc (to be borne by the clients directly on the spot).

• The customer are solely responsible for managing their own travel schedule. While we strive to provide timely pickups and ensure smooth journeys, we kindly ask the customer budget for potential traffic delays and unforeseen circumstances, as these factors are beyond our control. Please note that Karthi Travels shall not be liable for any compensation if the customer happen to miss their flight, train, or bus due to delayed pickup, traffic jams, road blockages/diversions, or any other reason during the trip.

• For inter-state travel, customer have to share all the passenger details for applying the inter-state travel permit.
