Karthi Travels is proud to announce that it has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The ISO 9001:2015 certificate has been awarded for providing quality and professional transportation and tourism-related services with a customer-centric process and with executive management to ensure the safety and hassle-free travel to their clients and customers.
Specifically, to become ISO 9001 compliant, we have been independently assessed by Breakthrough Management Quality Registrar (BMQR), against internationally recognized standards showing our commitment to quality and assurance. Additionally, this process required examining and documenting all of our processes and making sure through internal audits that processes are predictable and consistent.
Overall, we underwent a rigorous evaluation process. This process includes quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances. All of these processes work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.
Above all, as an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, Karthi Travels will follow the requirements, specifications, guidelines, and characteristics set forth by this certification. Further, we will ensure that we are consistently offering transportation and tourism-related services that meet world-class standards. Additionally, the ISO certification also means that the services we provide are safe, reliable, and qualify international standards. We follow well-defined processes that minimize travel-related issues and increase trust in the assurance of service delivery.
